As we close out the year, we are proud to reflect on the progress made by WasteLinq, our customers, and our expanding role across the environmental services industry.
2025 was a year defined by meaningful AI innovation, deeper industry engagement, brand evolution, and a continued commitment to trust and security. From smarter waste profiling and streamlined e-Manifest submission to national recognition for our technology, our focus remained clear. Help teams operate more efficiently while staying compliant.
This year marked significant advancements in how AI supports waste profiling.
WasteLinq continued to expand AI driven capabilities designed to reduce the time and effort required to create, review, and approve waste profiles. By leveraging historical data, intelligent pattern recognition, and regulatory context, customers were able to improve speed and consistency across profiling workflows.
Key benefits included:
Faster profile creation and approval cycles
Reduced errors and incomplete submissions
Less manual research and rework
Greater confidence in profile accuracy
AI became a practical, everyday tool for operations rather than a future concept.
e-Manifest compliance remained a major focus across the industry in 2025.
WasteLinq invested heavily in AI enabled workflows that help improve data readiness before submission to RCRA systems and eliminate manual data entry. By identifying issues earlier in the process and aligning manifest data more closely with operational workflows, teams were able to submit faster and with fewer corrections.
Outcomes included:
Improved manifest data accuracy
Fewer rejected or corrected submissions
Faster submission cycles
Better visibility into manifest status and compliance records
2025 was also a strong year for industry engagement and thought leadership.
Sean Easton, Chief Revenue Officer at WasteLinq, presented at the EHS Hazmat Summit, sharing insights on how AI and modern technology are reshaping waste profiling and compliance workflows. He also shared insights on the Environmental Transformation Podcast and the Power of the Permian Podcast.
Our team also attended key industry events, including the TCEQ Environmental Trade Fair and multiple ENFINITE conferences. These events allowed us to connect directly with customers and partners while staying closely aligned with evolving regulatory and operational challenges.
One of the highlights of 2025 was being named a Top Hazardous Waste Solution provider by Environmental Business Review.
This recognition reflects our continued investment in AI driven innovation, compliance focused workflows, and practical solutions that address real operational challenges faced by generators, service providers, and disposal facilities. Being acknowledged by Environmental Business Review reinforces our belief that modern waste operations require modern technology.
This year also marked an important milestone for the WasteLinq brand.
We introduced a refreshed logo and updated visual identity designed to better reflect who we are today. A modern technology company focused on AI driven solutions, operational efficiency, and compliance confidence. The updated branding reinforces our commitment to clarity, usability, and innovation across everything we deliver.
Trust and security remained foundational priorities throughout the year.
WasteLinq successfully achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, validating our controls around security, availability, and data protection over an extended period. This milestone demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting customer data and maintaining strong operational standards aligned with the AICPA SOC framework.
For customers, this provides added confidence that their data is handled with care, consistency, and accountability.
In 2025, WasteLinq made a deliberate investment in simplifying the product experience for waste generators.
We heard clearly from generator teams that they needed technology that reduced complexity, shortened onboarding time, and delivered value without requiring deep system configuration. In response, we introduced a streamlined generator focused experience designed to support profiling, documentation, and compliance with far less friction.
This simplified approach helped generators:
Get up and running faster with minimal setup
Create and manage waste profiles with AI assistance
Prepare accurate data for downstream e-Manifest submission
Reduce reliance on spreadsheets, email, and manual tracking
By focusing on usability and automation, WasteLinq enabled generator teams to manage waste operations confidently without needing to be system experts.
Alongside our generator investments, 2025 was also a significant year for supporting Treatment, Storage, and Disposal facilities.
WasteLinq continued to invest heavily in our TSD processing module, leveraging deep integration with Enviroware to support complex facility workflows. This work focused on improving data flow, operational visibility, and processing efficiency for facilities managing high volumes of regulated waste.
Key areas of focus included:
Enhanced intake and processing workflows for inbound waste
Improved alignment between WasteLinq and Enviroware data structures
Stronger support for downstream compliance and reporting needs
Reduced manual reconciliation between systems
By strengthening this connection, WasteLinq helped TSDs modernize operations while continuing to rely on the proven Enviroware processing engine they trust.
As we move into the year ahead, our focus remains on expanding AI driven capabilities that deliver real operational value. We will continue investing in intelligent profiling, streamlined e-Manifest workflows, and secure, scalable solutions that help organizations reduce risk while improving efficiency.
Thank you to our customers, partners, and team members for making 2025 such a strong and impactful year. We look forward to continuing this momentum together.
