With a career that began at HP and evolved through leadership roles in finance and operations, including serving as CFO of Effective Environmental, Ken brings a rare blend of technical insight and business acumen. His focus on financial efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance positions WasteLinq as a forward-thinking partner for waste generators, service providers, and disposal facilities.

Sean Easton

Sean Easton is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of WasteLinq, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the industrial and hazardous waste industry.

Throughout his career, Sean has been driven by a deep commitment to making the waste world better, more transparent, efficient, and sustainable. His extensive background spans operations, compliance, and business development, giving him a unique understanding of the industry’s most pressing challenges.

At WasteLinq, Sean leads revenue growth and strategic partnerships with a clear mission: to help organizations optimize waste management while protecting the environment and building a smarter future for the industry.

Renee Fodde

Renee Fodde is the Chief Operating Officer at WasteLinq, where she leads operational strategy with a focus on driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

With over two decades of experience in ERP, SaaS software implementation and business process optimization, Renee brings deep industry expertise and a passion for solving complex challenges.

Prior to joining WasteLinq, she founded Blaze IT ERP Consulting and held key leadership roles at Technetics Group and Exact Macola.

Her leadership ensures that WasteLinq continues to evolve as a connected, efficient, and scalable platform for the environmental services industry.

Huy Tran

Huy Tran brings over twenty-five years of experience architecting, building, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications and custom software solutions. His client portfolio spans multinational corporations and fast-growing companies in energy, waste management, higher education, healthcare, high technology, and financial services.

For the past seven years, Huy has served as Chief Technology Officer of WasteLinq, leading the development team through every stage of the software development life cycle, from strategy and requirements definition to design, development, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. He has also managed complex international software projects and is now spearheading WasteLinq's AI initiatives to transform and streamline waste management across the industry.

Marie Woodland

Marie Woodland is the Chief Product Officer at WasteLinq, bringing over 20 years of experience in the waste industry and a passion for building solutions that truly serve the customer. A veteran of both Republic Services, where she served as Director of Customer Experience, and US Ecology, where she was VP of Customer Solutions, Marie has spent her career aligning business strategy with customer success.

At WasteLinq, she leads product development with a focus on optimizing operations, integrating smart technology, and delivering measurable value across the waste management ecosystem. When she’s not driving innovation, Marie enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, and hunting with her family.

David Dozer

David Dozer is the Chief Commercial Officer at WasteLinq, where he leads marketing, customer support, training, and professional services with a focus on delivering a connected and customer-driven experience. With a career built on helping organizations navigate complexity and achieve measurable growth, David brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to his role.

A member of the Forbes Technology Council and SelectHub, David is an active voice in the SaaS tech and ERP communities. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, transparency, and a relentless drive to turn ideas into outcomes. At WasteLinq, he is focused on empowering teams, optimizing processes, and creating value for customers across the environmental services industry.
